We are an educational app company called Pezo Tech LLC ("We", "Pezo Tech", "Us") that develops the Pezo Educational Platform (the "App"). We are registered in New Jersey with registration number 0450014075. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 239, Chatham, NJ 07928.

Introduction

We respect the privacy of everyone who uses the App that is made available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and your privacy relating to any other related services which we may provide to you (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how we use, share and protect information that we collect from you and your child online through www.pezo.land and/or the App. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. If any court or other competent authority determines that any of the terms of this Privacy Policy are invalid or unenforceable, the other terms set forth in this Privacy Policy will not be affected.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our practices or the features of the Services and these changes will be effective upon posting, so please check back frequently. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and any changes to the Privacy Policy.

Collection of Information

When you access or use the App, we automatically collect information about you, including:

• Log information: We log information about your use of the App, including the type of device you use, the features you use, access times and your IP address.
• Device information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about the device's software and hardware, unique device identifiers, push or other device tokens, mobile network information and time zone.
• Usage information: We collect information relating to your use of the App, including your game progress, scores and achievements.

We will also request email information from users and will be used primarily for communication purposes.

Other data will be captured within the App, as follows, but will be stored locally so we won't have access. This data includes:

• Grade level of the child
• Child's name
• Number of questions to be triggered for child

In any instance that we collect personal information from a child, we will retain that information only so long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the activity request or allow the child to continue to participate in the activity, and ensure the security of our users and our services, or as required by law. In the event that it is discovered that We have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule's requirements, We will either delete the information or will seek parental consent.

How Will We Use This Information We Collect?

We may use information about you for various purposes, including to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the App
• Develop new apps, sites and services
• Provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages
• Provide news and information about the App we think will be of interest to you
• Personalize and improve the App and provide tailored content and features
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the App
• Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected

Your information will not be shared with third parties.

We will not use cookies or other similar technologies.

Parental Consent

The App is a parental control application. The App is installed by the parent. We strive to collect limited personal usage information and we do so only where the child's parent or legal guardian has consented by registering on www.pezo.land. With the App, all information transmitted about the child is by the parent. This limited information includes their child's grade level in school and their child's name. No other information is collected from the parent and there is no information collected from the child.

In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Parents or legal guardians may contact us with any questions regarding this issue at support@pezo.land or at 1 (855) 739-6435.

As a parent of a child using the App, you may request:

• a description of the specific types of personal information collected from the child by Us;
• the opportunity at any time to refuse to permit further use or maintenance in retrievable form, or future online collection, of personal information from that child; and
• notwithstanding any other provision of law, a means that is reasonable under the circumstances for the parent to obtain any personal information collected from that child;

Protection of Information

We are committed to protecting your and your child's information. We undertake reasonable technical, administrative and physical procedures to help protect your information from loss, misuse and alteration. Please note that no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. We want you to feel confident when using our services, but we are unable to ensure or warrant the security of any information you as the parent transmit to us.
